Albert Afan

Co-Founder + Operations Director

One of the first hires for Compass San Francisco, Albert onboarded the initial 100 agents to the brokerage. He spent over 6 years developing the playbook for supporting agents across the country and managing the teams responsible for the agent experience in California. He moved to the Philippines to reconnect with his heritage and found an abundance of talent. He understood how valuable this would be to real estate agents and started Atlas to provide a level of service comparable to what he helped build prior.

Now, he’s dedicated to leveling up the workforce in the Philippines through education and training. Through Atlas he plans to expand access for locals to receive consistent remote work that provides growth and benefits.
