CO-FOUNDER AND OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
One of the first hires for Compass San Francisco, Albert onboarded the initial 100 agents to the brokerage. He spent over 6 years developing the playbook for supporting agents across the country and managing the teams responsible for the agent experience in California. He moved to the Philippines to reconnect with his heritage and found an abundance of talent. He understood how valuable this would be to real estate agents and started ATLAS to provide a level of service comparable to what he helped build prior.
Now, he’s dedicated to leveling up the workforce in the Philippines through education and training. Through ATLAS he plans to expand access for locals to receive consistent remote work that provides growth and benefits.

Sabina is a dynamic and results-oriented SDR with a passion for driving business growth through strategic outreach and relationship-building. With a keen understanding of sales processes and a natural flair for communication, Sabina successfully identifies and qualifies leads to fuel the sales pipeline.
In addition to leading sales development for ATLAS, Sabina is a real estate agent for Keller Williams Realty. She currently lives in New York City’s Financial District with her husband and daughter and continues to be dedicated to helping agents and clients make savvy decisions. Sabina is licensed in NY and CA and resided in San Francisco for close to 10 years. It was there she first met and collaborated with Albert.
