Our team ensures your satisfaction with our virtual assistance. We help manage each assistant and review tasks and projects to help mitigate any issues. If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied, we’ll step in to coach up or swap out your assistant for another team member at no cost.

Typically, assistants are available work business hours, Monday through Friday, during your preferred time zone.
However, if you require specific hours or a varied schedule, we may be able to accommodate if discussed in advance.

We offer affordable hourly rates with a minimum of 10 hours per week.
Hours per week Rate ($/hr)
10 - 20 hours: $16 USD
40 hours: $13 USD
We offer an initial 30 day term. After the initial term, we ask for a 3 month minimum agreement based on your weekly needs.
This includes your staff’s compensation, government-mandated contributions, witholding tax, medical benefits, and our service fees.

We provide a personalized onboarding experience during the initial 30 day term including:
specialized training/coaching
remote best practices
remote work monitoring and reporting
weekly check ins to ensure objectives are met
After that, we’ll continue to maintain a healthy communication cadence with monthly or quarterly review calls depending on your need. We’ll also continue to manage any HR functions like critical feedback, training opportunities, change of scope, and payroll.
